Uni-Hope Life Skills and Services (Uni-Hope) provides quality services to people with physical and intellectual disabilities in Iowa. Our Care Team has 30 years combined experience in this field. Uni-Hope was founded in 2016 in Des Moines, Iowa and became operational in 2018.
We started Uni-Hope because we saw room for improvement to the clients we've served.
Uni-Hope differs from the other companies because we provide personalized care and cater to your needs.
We want to create a personalized relationship with each and every one of our clients, so they do not just feel like a client or another number, but a member of our family. We believe in promoting everyone's strengths, and in our clients' ability to contribute and to reach their goals. We believe you can, and we want to help.
Our Care Team serves clients in the following counties: Boone, Dallas, Polk, Story, and Warren.
Eligibility:

The person must be at least 18 years of age and willing to participate in the applicable residential and hourly service. (Click for more info)

An approved funding source for payment. We accept the following forms of payment:

Individual would be subject to review to ensure that client does not exceed level of care.

The person applying for services must have a primary diagnosis of mental/intellectual disability or physical disability.
