We also provide Non-Emergency Transportation to scheduled medical appointments.

All these waivers  services can be provided under either Consumer Directed Attendant Care, Respite care and Supported Community Living

All waiver services are available to adults (age 18 and older) with physical and intellectual disabilities.  Funding for services is based upon eligibility for Medicaid or can be privately paid.
